Most of what we do makes your website readable by AI, so that when someone asks an assistant for a recommendation, your business is the answer.

This is the other thing. Your customer connects your business to their assistant, once. After that they can ask it about their orders, their account, your stock or your prices, and it answers from your live systems, not from a web page.

One is about being discovered. This is about being used.

Who this is not for

If your customers buy from you once every few years, they will not connect anything, and we will tell you so rather than take the work. A local service business is far better served by our AI readiness work, which makes you the answer when someone asks an assistant for a recommendation.

What we build

The tools, the connection, and the proof that it refuses what it should

• The tools your business exposes, designed with you, one at a time, in plain language before any code.
• A secure connection your customers can add to ChatGPT or Claude.
• Proper authentication. Every user connects as themselves and sees only their own data.
• Limits, logging and an off switch.
• Proof that it works, and proof that it refuses what it should.

That last line is the one that takes the time. Anyone can show a tool working. What you are paying for is the evidence that the things which should be refused are refused, written down so you can show it to whoever asks.

How it works

Four steps, and the first one can end in no

1. Assessment

Half a day. What would you expose, who would connect, what systems does it touch, and is this actually right for you? It ends in a written recommendation, which sometimes says not yet.

2. Design

We agree the tools in plain English, and what must never be reachable, before anything is built.

3. Build and prove

The connection, the authentication, the limits, then we try to break it and write down what happened.

4. Hand over and maintain

Instructions your customers can follow, and an arrangement for keeping it working as the standards change.

The honest part

What we will not claim

This is a new standard and it is still moving. The specification has changed twice this year, and the tools your customers use will change too. Anything built now needs maintaining, and we would rather say that than sell you something that quietly stops working.

We also will not promise your customers will use it. Some will, some will not. That is why we start with an assessment, and why the answer is sometimes that this is not worth doing yet.

For the technical reader: what we build is an MCP server, the Model Context Protocol standard that ChatGPT and Claude both use for custom connectors. Users connect through OAuth and see only their own data, every tool is scoped and rate limited, and calls are logged. Hosting can sit with us or with your team, and that is one of the things the first call settles.
