AI Advisory
Half a day, and a written answer to what your firm should actually do about AI
Your people are already using AI, whether or not anyone approved it. This is the session that turns that into a decision, a policy and a plan. It ends in a written recommendation, and sometimes that recommendation is to wait.
The difference
This one is about your business, not your website
We already sell three things that look like a first meeting, so it is worth being clear which is which.
| What it is | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Free AI Readiness Scan | Can AI read our website? |
| Citation Audit, £195 | What do assistants say about us, and who do they recommend instead? |
| AI Advisory | Should this firm be doing anything with AI at all, and what first? |
| Connect Your Business to AI | Could our customers use our systems from inside their own assistant? |
The first two are about your website. This one is about how your firm works.
Who it is for
Practices with a decision to make and nobody obvious to ask
Accountancy practices, law firms, surveyors, architects and engineering consultancies of roughly five to fifty people. Usually a partner or a practice manager, sometimes both.
It tends to land when one of these is true:
- Staff are already using AI and there is no rule about what they may put into it.
- Somebody has been asked to look into AI and does not know where to start.
- A supplier has quoted for something and you want an independent read before you sign.
- You have watched competitors announce things and cannot tell what is real.
If you want your website found by AI assistants, that is a different service and the free scan is the place to start.
The session
What half a day covers
- Where AI genuinely helps a firm like yours, and where it does not.
- What your people are already doing with it, asked openly and without blame.
- Client confidentiality, and what must never be pasted into a public assistant.
- The two or three jobs worth automating first, chosen from your actual week.
- What it would cost, and what it would save, in your numbers rather than in general.
- What to do in the next ninety days, in order.
A full day adds
- A working session with the tools, on real tasks from your own files.
- A first draft of an internal AI policy your staff can actually follow.
In person across Surrey and the south west London boroughs. Remote by video anywhere else.
The deliverable
You keep the thinking
Three to five pages, with you within three working days. It says what to do, what to leave alone, what to watch, and roughly what each would cost.
It is written to be useful even if you never speak to us again.
That is deliberate. A recommendation you can hand to your partners, or to another supplier, is the only kind worth paying for. If it only works when we do the delivery, it was a sales document.
Fees
Fixed, and one of them comes back
| Format | Fee |
|---|---|
| Half day, in person or remote | £495 |
| Full day, in person | £895 |
| Written recommendation | Included |
The half day is credited in full against an AI Visibility Sprint or Secure Agent Actions booked within 30 days. The full day is not, because at that length the session is the deliverable rather than a way of scoping one.
Travel is included inside Surrey and the south west London boroughs.
The honest part
Sometimes the answer is not yet
A fair number of firms we talk to should not be spending money on AI this year. The tools are moving quickly, several of the obvious uses are worse than the manual version, and a practice with a broken enquiry route has a more valuable problem to fix first.
If that is you, the recommendation will say so, and it will say what would need to change for the answer to become yes. We would rather write that than sell you a project you did not need.
We also build and deliver this work, so we have an obvious interest in recommending it. That is exactly why the recommendation is written down and why it is yours to take elsewhere.
Book the session
Fifteen minutes on the phone first, so we both know the session is worth your half day. No charge and no obligation.
Tell us about your firm
Tell me what your people are already doing with AI and what has prompted the question. I will come back with an honest read on whether a session is worth your money, and what it would cover.
